Deliveries to our partner hotels are free of charge or reduced if the Hotel booking is done through us.
Otherwise you have to request delivery costs.
You can rent our bikes (race, mountain, trekking and fitness) all year round. The rent is not bound to/linked to a package. The rental can be on a daily basis, but long-term rentals have priority and are cheaper.
The rental includes a damage coverage.
This means that all bike damage, other than: negligence or wilful damage or damage while transporting the bikes in vehicles, loss of the bike and it's accessories, are covered. Punctures or damaged inner tubes have to be replaced. The accessories contain: helmet, speedo, pedals (Look, Look Keo, Shimano SPD, SPD-SL and a limited number of SPD-R as well as normal platform pedals others you have to bring). Saddle bag with spare inner tube, lifters, mini pump and spiral lock (limited number). With MTB's and trekking bikes you get a puncture repair kit with a mini pump.
Also included is the final cleaning of the bike. We don't want you to get dirty while you spend your holiday with us.

Rock Shox reverb Vario Seatpost
Telescopic Seatpost by using an adjustable seat post, the driver can lower the technically difficult passages in the saddle in no time and therefore has more security and freedom of movement on the bike. The annoying descend in order to adjust the saddle is eliminated and thus saves time and energy. Often one wonders what one can take everything if the saddle is lowered in difficult passages. Try it, it's worth it!
